Paintings

This is a selection of my favorite digital paintings from recent years, pieces that reflect my curiosity and passion for visual storytelling. I love diving into different themes, whether it's character-driven narratives, immersive environments, or a blend of both.

Experimentation plays a big role in my process. I often shift between stylized, comic-inspired work and more detailed, painterly rendering. One motif I keep returning to is the dryad- these nature-bound beings seem to grow with me over time. I'm also drawn to the mood and harmony of limited color palettes, especially cooler tones like blues, which often find their way into my compositions.

Below you can see some of my featured chapter illustrations from "A Napra Várva" (Waiting for the Sun) book written by my husband, Daniel Habib and illustrated by me. Learn more at napravarva.hu - the site is Hungarian.

Here you can explore a selection of my digital illustrations, created during my free time. Some pieces began as traditional sketches, which I later developed digitally- resulting in what's often referred to as "mixed media." I enjoy blending the tactile feel of pencil on paper with the flexibility and depth digital tools can offer.
